Sabre is available as an R library from this site, its also available from CRAN. Its use is described in the sabreR
coursebook which can be downloaded via the link in the left-hand menu.
Note that the R scripts we have used for the examples and exercises are only one possible way of doing the various tasks needed. R is a very extensive language and there will often be simpler ways of fitting the models and laying out the model formula. |
