displayed at the top of the screen. The cursor should then be positioned in front of a prompt

On a PC, within Windows go to file manager or windows explorer and double click on the sabre executable. A new window will appear and the message

Welcome to SABRE (version 5.0)

will be displayed at the top, with the cursor positioned in front of a prompt

You are now ready to read in data and fit models.
