Purpose:
The COMMENT command introduces the text as a comment into the SABRE
run.
This command is of most use when placed in INPUT files. Because SABRE looks
for
commands only on the first three spaces of the input line, comments can also
be introduced by starting them on the fourth or higher space of a line.
