Purpose:
FAMILY option specifies the distribution of the dependent variable in the univariate model.

FAMILY FIRST=option specifies the distribution of the first dependent variable for bivariate or trivariate models.

FAMILY SECOND=option specifies the distribution of the second dependent variable for bivariate or trivariate models.

FAMILY THIRD=option specifies the distribution of the third dependent variable for trivariate models.

The default value is B (for binomial).
