where list of variables is a mixture of covariates, factors and pseudo factors.

Purpose:
The LFIT command fits a standard homogeneous model, taking as explanatory variables the list of variables specified as the argument to the command.

For ordered response models only, LFIT can be issued without arguments in order to fit a model with just cut-points and no covariates.
