Syntax: TOLERANCE number
where number is a positive real number.

The TOLERANCE command sets to number the tolerance used in the matrix inversion routines to detect extrinsic aliasing and lack of positive semi-definiteness.

The default tolerance value is 1.0e-6. The current setting of the TOLERANCE parameter may be obtained by issuing the DISPLAY SETTINGS command.
